Shipping policy
These shipping terms apply to all orders placed on he4l.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK) only.

Processing runs Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. All times are estimates; transit begins after your order has been dispatched.
Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM GMT on a business day are processed that same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Orders are dispatched via one of the following certified carriers depending on your location and order type:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
- DHL
- DPD
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Ships From
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse located in the United Kingdom.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to update after dispatch.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Also you can track your order in our Track Your Order page.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@he4l.com or +44 7838 137945.
Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it, and the original shipping address is final.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Carrier delays or high shipping volumes
- Weather conditions or natural events
- UK public holidays
We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Taxes
All prices displayed on he4l.com are inclusive of all applicable taxes. No additional or hidden charges will be applied at delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@he4l.com. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund. For damaged items, we ask that you provide photos of the damage to help us resolve the matter promptly.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@he4l.com. We can cancel orders only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it must go through the return process.
