Policy Overview
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
No restocking fee applies.
This policy applies to all products unless otherwise stated. Our IPL Hair Remover is subject to the separate 100-day money-back guarantee outlined below.
100-Day Money-Back Guarantee for IPL Hair Remover
We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee for our IPL Hair Remover.
To qualify, you must provide complete, accurate, and clearly documented proof showing consistent use of the device over the required period. Claims that are incomplete, unclear, inconsistent, or missing the required documentation will not be accepted.
Documentation Requirements
To submit a claim under the 100-day guarantee, you must provide clear photographs of the same treatment area at each of the following stages:
Before First Use
Before your first treatment, take a clear photo of the area you intend to treat. The date must be clearly visible in the image, for example by displaying it on a phone screen.
After 4 Weeks
After four weeks of regular use, take a second photo of the same area. The date must again be clearly visible.
After 8 Weeks
After eight weeks of continued use, take a third photo of the same area, again with the date clearly visible.
After 12 Weeks
After twelve weeks of consistent use, take a final photo of the same area with the date clearly shown.
All images must be clear, properly dated, and taken from a similar angle and distance so progress can be fairly reviewed.
Once all four photos are ready, email them together with your order number and contact details to Support@he4l.com. Our team will review the submission and determine whether the claim meets the requirements of this guarantee.
Important Conditions
The 100-day guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through our official online store.
The guarantee is valid only where the required documentation can be lawfully and appropriately provided.
For privacy and data protection reasons, we do not accept photographic documentation of intimate areas, including the bikini line or genital region. For such areas, the 100-day guarantee does not apply.
HE4L reserves the right to reject claims where documentation is incomplete, altered, low quality, inconsistent, or does not reasonably demonstrate compliance with the usage requirements.
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the legal right of withdrawal may be excluded or may expire early in the following cases:

The product was sealed for hygiene reasons and the seal was removed after delivery.

The item was customized or personalized specifically for you.

The product was inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Item Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, manuals, and original packaging included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing components, or packaging that is materially incomplete.
Faulty or incorrect items do not need to be returned in their original packaging, but they must still be returned in a secure and reasonable condition where possible.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Email Support@he4l.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and supporting photos where applicable.
Step 2: Return Review and Authorization
Our team will review your request. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Step 3: Prepare the Package
Pack the item securely and include all original packaging, tags, and any required return authorization details provided by our support team.
Step 4: Ship the Return
Use a reliable tracked shipping service. HE4L is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Return Period for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery to be considered for a refund or replacement.
Claims submitted after this period may be declined where permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under the standard returns policy.
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.
If a return is requested for reasons not caused by HE4L, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, the customer will not be required to bear the return shipping cost.
