This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on he4l.com.
Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
Because orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.

After Your Order Has Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return through our Return & Refund Policy. Our standard return conditions apply.
Cancellation Refunds
If your cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address, item, or quantity after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@he4l.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee modifications once order processing has begun.
Incorrect or Fraudulent Orders
HE4L LTD reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorised use, or unusual purchasing patterns. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
